The Story of the Heroes II: Sitz BeHammer [Bellato]

After the union revolution overthrew the Larfath dynasty (monarchy), Bellato’s new administrative center was founded in Valhalla. Many hated the government of the Larfath regime era (which used its power with greed and was full of corruption), so Odin City, the old capital was almost destroyed by the rampage of the masses. The city of Odin branded most of the Bellato community as symbol of rotten and corrupt government.

Fearing bloodshed, many students campaign to save the city of Odin. They proclaim how important it is to “learn from the past,” no matter how bad it is. The city of Odin was forgiven and became one of the neutral cities, where adventurers were to land.

The fate of this city has not improved, despite obtaining income from tourists. The activities around this city still have a tantrum of politics and government diplomacy, so things are getting worse. The dark side of Odin City again spread like a shadow.

All the adventurers, merchants, criminals, and foreigners began to fill this city; they mingled and built a village on the banks of the River Naid which flowed through the city of Odin. Without the command of this community becoming bigger and more organized, heavy machinery and equipment began to fill the city. The city is turned into a Salvage Market. Independence is the only value that applies to them, apart from the official Bellato laws and all kinds of laws.

In this place, an isolated place on the planet Bellato, Sitz BeHammer was born. To be more precise, he was “born” from the Hero’s Field.

Heroes’ Square

Heroes’ Square is one of the main squares and is the pride of the city of Odin. Located at the end of Union Avenue (formerly Larfath Avenue), next to Lante Park.

At the center of this large square are twelve statues honoring heroes throughout Bellato history. Each statue was sculpted in the lifetime of each hero, or after. It is about 35 feet tall and all of them face the middle of the field, in the middle of the field there is a statue of an angel who seems to bless everyone.

Even in the midst of the difficult times of Larfath, the inhabitants of this city always do not give up hope that one day there will be someone of them who will rise up like the heroes in the tribute.

This field always provides an interesting legend. Of course, because most of the heroes grew up in the neighborhood. There is even one interesting story about this, once one of them (previously wanted to be a hero but not yet), spent his early years sitting in this field, even though he actually lived 12 miles away.

These statues were damaged during the revolution, because the masses mistakenly recognized the faces of these heroes as the faces of members of the Larfath regime, but after the restoration of the Bellato Union, they were later repaired. Since then, no tribute has been added to this hero square.

Sitz BeHammer raised by his grandfather, like most people there, living from buying and selling used goods and goods expedition.

Sitz really liked the adventurous stories of Bellato versus getting money from selling junk. When he has free time, he spent hours sitting in the heroes field, in the shadow of one of the statues, daydreaming about their story and, one day, wanting to become a great adventurer like them.

In contrast to the typical Bellato kids, BeHammer is not interested in machines and M.A.U prefers history and geography, foreign places and other races. His best friend, Danan, is a stereotypical person. Danan is a year older than Sitz and has an amazing talent for engineering, capable of turning waste components into high-value machines. Danan is very popular among children her age, she has a higher fighting ability than boys, she is a very active girl. However, he was very interested when Sitz talked about his dream of wading through the galaxy, and sat listening to him for hours. In fact, he managed to make Sitz promise that one day they would go together for an adventure.

Two years after Sitz promised, Sitz finally found two seats on the plane that carried the first troops to the Bellato post on Novus. Sitz is very excited that their dream of going on an adventure together finally happened. But when on the day of departure, Danan suddenly changed his mind, he then reasoned that he could not find his passport. Sitz offers to help find him, but Danan then bursts into tears.

Danan only said that he couldn’t come with her now. Before Sitz could speak, Danan gave him a small key, which was the key to an exploration jet (already in the cargo plane), and pushed Sitz through the boarding gate. Sitz also promised that he would return soon.

In Novus, Sitz BeHammer is known as a very reliable explorer. He carefully explored every region of the planet Novus, recorded every detail of information, and brought the archaeological sites he found. Sitz put Danan’s gift to good use, his jet of pride. He named the jet after his best friend, Danan.

When not on duty, Bellato Commandos (who were interested in BeHammer’s activities), occasionally assisted BeHammer, either in the form of funds or providing an additional crew as escort.

One day, when Sitz was making a solo flight over an unregistered cliff, he witnessed a rescue capsule crashing on the planet – this capsule was boarded by Kadasha, the hero Cora, who had escaped from the Accretia ship. Just like Cora, the Bellato did not provide details of what actually happened at that time. Sitz BeHammer was declared missing and later declared killed on the mission.

Even though Sitz did not have a high social status like Kadasha or Lothan the Third – the Accretian heroes who also disappeared from the radar after this incident along with them – Sitz became very popular during the following years. Many Bellato were devastated by the news of his death, and everyone was very happy when he suddenly appeared again.

This Bellato hero never answers all the questions about what really happened. He also refused to return to the planet Bellato. He even insisted on staying on Novus and enlist as part of the squad. He proved himself that he was qualified to help the Bellato troops on Novus since then, like Kadasha.

Many observers have theorized that Sitz has other agendas than training the Bellato troops …
